WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT THE ROTH ESTATE?

Please browse my website to determine if the estate could meet your needs. If we may be a fit for you, please phone me at 530-478-0556 and we can set a date/time for your visit.

When you arrive, I will meet you at The StoneHouse – a charming 1,000 sq.ft. building where you and your bridal party can enjoy complete privacy while you prepare for your wedding. It offers a bathroom, refrigerator, full-length bridal mirror and comfortable furnishings.

We will then tour the grounds in
The Roth Estate Limo
… our lovely new Yamaha 6-passenger Concierge Golf Car.

~ THE PROCEDURE WHEN YOU RESERVE A DATE ~

  • Application: The Bride and Groom will complete this form with their personal contact data.
  • Wedding Contract: Both parties are required to sign a legal Wedding Contract; I sign, also.
  • Deposit: I can accept your personal check for your $1000 Deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The Bride's Binder: To conclude formalities, I present you with your Bride's Binder, which will help keep your busy year organized.

IN YOUR BINDER YOU WILL FIND THE FOLLOWING:

  • photo cards to show your families, friends, and Wedding Party the venue you selected
  • a brochure from our local SRC Party Center, to give you some idea of rental prices
  • an Event Worksheet you will send me 30-days prior to your event, so I may prepare the equipment you wish to use
  • a Post-Event Clean-up list – helps you know what is required
  • the template for a Map to the estate (your GPS may not work well here), you may wish to copy and include this in your Wedding Invitations
  • a Vendor List I have comprised across the years, listing local professionals/their contact numbers, so you may “shop” for your vendors. I do NOT insist you use particular vendors
  • a printed copy of FAQs – answers to any questions you may have
  • YOUR WEDDING PLANNER – a reminder of the dates any payments may be due

HOW MUCH IS JAN INVOLVED?

I am often asked this question. The answer is: “As much as you want me to be!” Some brides hire full-charge Wedding Coordinators, so little is required of me, meaning my duties on the day of your event will be light. This is not the case, however, for most weddings. Brides frequently ask for my assistance with many of the details on their special day, and I am happy to help in any way I can. But even if I am not heavily involved, you can still expect me to be engaged, behind the scenes, turning on wedding night lights, keeping the restrooms clean, and providing Shuttle Service to assist special needs via The Roth Estate Limo.

The bottom line: Your wedding day MUST be perfect - I will work with you to see that it is!!

Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage. I would be honored to be a part of your special day! --Jan
