$6800 - A THREE DAY ESTATE RESERVATION - Option A
DAY 1 Noon to 8PM for set-up, the Wedding Rehearsal, and your Rehearsal dinnerDAY 2 8AM to 11PM ~ Prep, Wedding, Cocktail Hour, and Reception Dinner-Dance
DAY 3 8AM to 2PM ~ Clean-Up and the final Walk-thru with Jan, at which time your Security Deposit will be refunded if the property is left clean and without damage of any kind. However, cleaning expenses and the repair/replacement of any damaged items may be deducted from this deposit.
$5000 - A TWO DAY ESTATE RESERVATION - Option B
Friday Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner, Saturday Wedding. Reception elsewhere.
$3500 - A ONE DAY ESTATE RESERVATION - Option C
Rehearsal & Wedding only. Rehearsal Dinner & Reception elsewhere.
DEPOSIT: A Deposit of $1000 is required to hold a date on our calendar and is non-refundable, as we will immediately block your date and turn away others requesting it.
THE CONTRACT BALANCE is due in full 90 days prior to your event.
A $500 CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please give us your personal check for $500 at your Friday Rehearsal; it will be returned to you on Sunday after clean-up & the Final Walk-Thru.
